Good IT service is nothing new
With our presence at the it-sa Expo&Congress 2025 in Nuremberg, we once again demonstrated what modern IT service looks like today—human, innovative, and with a clear message: Good IT service is not a thing of the past. While at many booths exclusively discussed AI and automation, we focused on what we believe makes up true service and cannot be replaced even by AI: direct interaction. Our generouse lounge was thus quickly became the central meeting place for conversations on equal terms. With freshly brewed coffee from our barista and in a relaxed atmosphere, numerous exciting discussions took place on ITSM, DEXOps, and F4SD.
Together with our partners Matrix42, Nexthink, and Makro Factory, we presented in this context once again presented a robust comprehensive solution for digital service processes.
Of course, the technological highlights were not overlooked either: The new remote desktop feature with an AI module in F4SD, which was unveiled for the first time at the trade show, attracted a great deal of attention.
Once again, the booth design by DIMAH Brand Space: Our booth builder integrated a view of our own offices into the booth, creating a sense of depth and high brand recognition. We also received positive feedback for the employee wall, which showcased the people behind our service philosophy. Of course, the large LED wall with retro games was a must-have, andand, as always, there was no shortage of fun: At our booth party on Wednesday evening, featuring catering and cocktails from Schiller 9, we celebrated, laughed, and toasted.
Conclusion: For us, it-sa 2025 was much more than just a trade show. The positive response to our motto and service philosophy proved that, even in the age of AI, people remain at the center of everything. We would like to thank all our customers, partners, and visitors for the inspiring conversations, and we are already looking forward to it-sa 2026!
