With the Matrix42 Accelerate Service for UEM (Empirum), we handle the regular monitoring and maintenance of your Empirum environment on your behalf. During an initial kick-off workshop, we agree on the framework, define responsibilities, and set the schedule for weekly check-ups. From then on, we support your infrastructure with a dedicated contact person who identifies areas of concern on a weekly basis, discusses pending tasks with you, and initiates appropriate measures. In addition, we also handle patch management, hotfix integration, software packaging, OS installation, and infrastructure updates.
