With Empirum, Matrix42 offers the right solution for modern client management.

Your goal: A smooth implementation of the new client management solution, with a structured project kickoff and minimal risk. At the same time, your IT team should build the necessary product knowledge to subsequently operate the solution independently and sustainably.

  • Basic Installation: Empirum, patch, and hotfix installation; configuration of basic services; functional testing
  • OS Deployment: Importing an OS source, importing drivers for a hardware model, basic configuration for OS rollout, test installation

On-the-job training / Acceptance:

You’ll receive a fully functional Empirum base installation at a fixed price. Our experts will set up the solution, configure the necessary base services, and perform a test installation of an operating system, including driver integration. As part of on-the-job training, we’ll teach your administrators the necessary know-how using an example package creation and document the entire installation process. This will lay the foundation for the successful and sustainable operation of your Empirum environment.
