This is exactly where our Matrix42 Accelerate Service for ESM comes in: We take over the ongoing support and optimization of your Matrix42 environment. Thanks to our structured sprint management, we ensure that your system is constantly adapted to new requirements and further developed—without you having to tie up your own personnel resources.

Our Offer - The Flat Rate for Matrix42

With the Matrix42 Accelerate Service for ESM, you receive a fixed monthly time allocation of 20 hours, which is used for the further development of your Matrix42 environment. Using a clearly structured sprint management process, we work with you to plan and prioritize the necessary work packages. Through regular sprint meetings, reviews, and close coordination, we ensure a transparent and predictable implementation.

System Setup & General Conditions:

  • Definition of the Cooperation Model and Framework Parameters
  • Implementation of Consulting4IT Sprint Management in Matrix42 to manage further development
  • Coordination with the Consulting4IT Resource Board for efficient scheduling and capacity planning

Sprint Management & Implementation:

  • Monthly sprint with a capacity of 20 hours
  • Facilitating sprint meetings (Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
  • Planning and prioritizing work packages for the next sprint
  • Implementation of system configurations and customizations in accordance with the defined sprint work packages
  • Documentation of Adjustments and Implementations

Consulting & Management:

  • Consulting on service management processes and Matrix42 workflows
  • Support for the ongoing development of the platform
  • Direct access via a personal extension for quick coordination

Escalation Management:

  • Handling, managing, and resolving escalations to ensure that goals are met
  • Existing Matrix42 setup, including configuration
  1. System Setup and Planning: In the initial phase, we work with you to define the framework and set up sprint management in your Matrix42 environment.
  2. Sprint Management and Implementation: Each month, new features are planned, prioritized, and implemented as part of the sprint management process.
  3. Management and Optimization: Regular reviews ensure that the system is continuously improved and that your requirements are always taken into account.
  • Architectural redesigns or integrations of third-party solutions (can be contracted separately)
  • On-site appointments

Capacity Overages: Consulting4IT reserves the right to provide a buffer for Sprint capacity overages based on current resource utilization. If the standard quota is consistently exceeded, capacity adjustments may be made as needed.
