Since our founding in 2003, Consulting4IT has grown from a small team of specialists into an established IT service provider with over 120 employees across three locations—including our subsidiary Telesales4u, which supports us in the field of telemarketing while also successfully serving its own clients. What sets us apart to this day is not only our technical expertise, but above all our approach: We work collaboratively, are solution-oriented, and maintain a genuine connection with our clients. Openness, respect, and treating one another with appreciation form the foundation of this—both internally and externally.

That’s why we never view IT in isolation, but always in the context of the people who work with it. This is evident in our client projects as well as, for example, in our Academy, where our most experienced consultants share their knowledge in a practical way. We also pour a great deal of heart and soul, passion, and enthusiasm for networking into our events. Our annual Sundowner, in particular, demonstrates just how deeply connecting with others on an equal footing is part of our DNA: clients, partners, and colleagues come together here in a relaxed atmosphere—for expert presentations, panel discussions, and an evening spent together enjoying good food and even better conversations.

Consulting4IT in the German Senate of Economics
Our CEO, Mirko Oesterhaus, also champions this approach at the political level: As a member of the German Business Senate, he serves on the “Digital Future” commission, where he focuses on issues such as sustainable IT strategies, data protection, and responsible digitalization—a commitment that underscores our corporate values.
