F4SD Receives ITIL Certification – A Milestone

Our service desk tool, F4SD, has been officially certified by PeopleCert. It is the first tool to be certified as a “Service Desk Enablement & Digital Employee Experience Platform” within the incident process. This makes F4SD part of the world’s only official ITIL certification program for software vendors— PeopleCert’s Accredited Tool Vendors (ATV) program. This certification confirms that F4SD meets the highest standards in IT service management and complements existing ITSM solutions—in compliance with standards, process-oriented, and future-proof.

A smart tool for the service desk

F4SD (First Aid Service Desk) is an intelligent service desk extension that empowers first-level support teams to take immediate action. The tool consolidates all relevant information regarding tickets, devices, and users in a central dashboard—complete, visually organized, and available at all times. Using Quick Actions, typical requests can be resolved immediately—such as password resets, assigning permissions, or remote access—without any manual intermediate steps.

For the certification, F4SD was presented in conjunction with Matrix42. This combination impressively demonstrated how F4SD complements existing ITSM platforms, increases the first-resolution rate, and significantly reduces the effort required for incident management.

Officially confirmed: ITIL certification through PeopleCert

PeopleCert certification is much more than just a seal of quality. It is the only official confirmation that a tool complies with internationally recognized ITIL best practices. For our customers, this means:

  • Reliability in processes
  • Investment security when selecting tools
  • Seamless integration into existing ITSM environments

A strong signal from the market

Together with SERVIEW and PeopleCert, we are now working on additional success stories and marketing initiatives. The goal is to further entrench the “Service Desk Enablement” approach in the market and establish F4SD as a strategic component of modern ITSM architectures.
