Following last year’s successful debut, the F4SD Community Day has now entered its next phase. The event’s goal remains the same: to offer our customers an exclusive platform for discussion, networking, and actively shaping product development. Once again, it quickly became clear just how valuable this direct dialogue is.
From the go-kart track to the roadmap
On Thursday evening, customers and colleagues gathered for a karting event. In a friendly, competitive atmosphere, everyone vied for the best times before the evening wrapped up with good food and casual conversation—the perfect start to an open exchange the following day.
On Friday, the focus was once again on the further development of F4SD. The session began with a review of last year’s roadmap and a presentation of the most important updates since the last Community Day.
The focus then shifted to the future: In interactive group sessions, participants discussed what is currently going well, where challenges lie, and what further developments they would like to see. The ideas gathered were compiled and prioritized collectively using a point system.
Customer feedback as a key success factor
The focus was clearly on open dialogue and active customer participation. The results of these discussions provided valuable, practical input and form an important foundation for a roadmap that is consistently aligned with users’ actual needs.
Participant feedback was overwhelmingly positive again this year. Participants particularly appreciated the transparency in product development, the opportunity to directly influence the roadmap, and the chance to interact with the product team and other users.
The F4SD Community Day has thus become an integral part of our customer engagement program. We plan to continue using this platform to actively shape the future of F4SD together with our community. Thank you to all participants—we’re already looking forward to the next event!
