Award-winning consulting services
At the awards ceremony held as part of the German SME Summit on Friday, June 24, in Frankfurt am Main, former Federal President Christian Wulff congratulated us on our success.Wulff serves as a mentor for the consulting competition. For the 13th time, TOP CONSULTANT identified the best consulting firms focused on small and medium-sized enterprises. On behalf of compamedia, the Scientific Society for Management and Consulting (WGMB) in Bonn evaluated the participating firms.The competition is based on a survey of small and medium-sized enterprises that had previously worked with the participating consulting firms.
For example, the reference clients we named provided feedback on how professionally the management consultants conducted themselves, how satisfied they were with the consulting services, and whether they would recommend us to others. According to WGMB, “client-focused, SME-oriented consulting services” are key. This year, 191 consulting firms applied, and 152 of them received the coveted TOP CONSULTANT seal.
Prof. Dr. Dietmar Fink, professor of management consulting at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences, co-chairs the Scientific Society for Management and Consulting with Bianka Knoblach. They decide which firms will be honored with the TOP CONSULTANT seal. “We recognize consulting firms that are particularly adept at addressing the specific needs of small and medium-sized enterprises,” says Prof. Dr. Dietmar Fink.
We are proud to have received this award once again, especially since it is based on our customers’ feedback. They gave us very high marks across the board, with top ratings in areas such as customer satisfaction and recommendations.
This award is particularly important to us because it shows that our strategy is working. We want to turn our clients into heroes, and we live by this motto every day. We would therefore like to extend a special thank you to our employees, especially our consultants. Without their motivation and the work they do every day for the benefit of our company and our clients, we could never have achieved such excellent results with our clients—and thus in the Top Consultant evaluation.
Last but not least, we would of course like to formally thank all our clients who participated in the survey, took the time to go through the extensive questionnaire, and expressed their appreciation through their excellent reviews. We are confident that, with our approach and business strategy, we will continue to earn the Top Consultant seal in the future.
