We have been awarded the “Top Company” seal by Kununu.
With a 4.2-star rating and a 90% recommendation rate, we have far exceeded the basic requirements. We are particularly proud because the award was not given by an external source, but by our own employees. Their reviews on Kununu form the basis for the award.
And that’s a good thing. After all, who better to judge a company’s “inner values” than its own employees?
Being named a “Top Company 2022” shows us one thing above all else: our corporate philosophy is exactly on the right track. We place people at the center of everything we do, recognizing them as the most important resource for our success. In addition to various benefits, our employees also enjoy company-organized events and sports activities, as well as regular training opportunities.
All of these factors are reflected in the reviews on Kununu, which ultimately led to our receiving the “Top Company 2022” award. We view this award as a special honor. But even though we are proud to have received it, what matters far more to us is that our colleagues and employees enjoy working here. Whether or not we receive an award for it.
