IT insights, a summer vibe, and plenty of opportunities for discussion
The Sundowner is and remains our customer event of the year—and for good reason. In 2025, too, the intensive preparation paid off: On July 3, we welcomed around 80 guests from all over Germany to our premises in Waldbronn. What awaited them was an exciting program centered on current topics in IT service management, employee experience, and artificial intelligence—combined with the mix of summer, networking, and enjoyment that is typical of our Sundowner.
Right from the start, our top-tier speakers set the tone: Santeri Jussila, Chief Product Officer at Matrix42, and Roberto Casetta, Chief Revenue Officer at Matrix42, offered insights into “The Future of ITSM” and highlighted the trends and technologies that will shape the service management of tomorrow. Alexander Scherer, Team Leader of Technical Partner Management at Matrix42, then demonstrated how Matrix42 is turning the vision of intelligent services into reality with the help of AI.
A particular highlight: the interactive breakout sessions, in which our guests were able to actively participate. Whether the topic was “AI in IT,” the interplay between problem and change management, or the role of the employee experience—the discussions were in-depth, the exchange was lively, and the results were exciting.
The Finale: A relaxed conclusion featuring a top-notch BBQ, cold drinks, and a summery outdoor atmosphere. With perfect weather, everyone laughed, grilled, and networked—as always, the pictures speak for themselves.
We would like to thank everyone who made this day possible—especially the speakers, the management team, our partners, and our organizing team.
