On May 19, 2023, Consulting4IT officially turned 20! We celebrated this milestone anniversary in September with the entire staff at a family gathering on our company grounds in Waldbronn—complete with sparkling wine and birthday cake.
We started out as a small IT services company with just a handful of employees, and over the course of 20 years, we’ve grown to a team of over 120 people. We’ve also achieved steady financial growth, a trend that continues to this day. The secret to our success: our specialization in three software vendors—Matrix42, Nexthink, and Varonis.
In addition, the subsidiaryTelesales4u was founded in 2015 to provide professional telemarketing support to the parent company. Today, Telesales4u also serves many of its own clients, thereby contributing independently to the company’s success.
With this structure in place, our company was able to cover the areas of IT service management, analytics, and IT security and build up extensive expertise. But that wasn’t all—as our experience and expertise in software programming grew, the step toward developing our own software was ultimately a natural one. What began with successful add-ons to vendor products culminated in 2021 with the launch of the fully independent service desk applicationF4SD.
Over the course of our 20-year history, we have not only established ourselves as a professional and specialized IT consulting firm, but have also positioned ourselves as a software developer in the market.
This was made possible not only by our dedicated employees but also by our managing directors and owners Christian Müller, Dieter Sagawe, Mirko Oesterhaus, and Patrick Hild. They therefore kicked off the big anniversary celebration in mid-September by cutting the birthday cake together. No expense or effort was spared: from the XXL cake, food trucks, face painting, and bouncy castle to the bar and DJ in the evening—the celebration was a huge success and definitely a memorable event. We’re already looking forward to the next anniversary!
