Hybrid training program successfully launched
Last week, we finally had customers back in the office for training. What made it special was that, for the first time, the training was held in a hybrid format—meaning it included both in-person and remote participants.
The bottom line: It was a complete success!
Everything went according to plan—whether it was the technology, the catering, or the training itself, everything ran like clockwork and received high praise in the end. And most importantly: all the participants felt right at home. The hybrid format was also a huge success:
“You really got the feeling that everyone was together,” said Sebastian Kaliga, an IT professional at Siemens Energy and one of the on-site customers.
Andreas Neustädter, IT systems administrator at Raiffeisen Westfalen Mitte eG, adds: “This is my first time attending, and I found the training and the entire event to be very successful. I also believe that on-site training allows you to focus much better, simply because you’re away from your desk and therefore can’t be interrupted. I’ll definitely take away a lot of knowledge from the training that will help me in my work.”
But it wasn’t just the in-person participants who were enthusiastic; the online participants also had nothing but positive things to say. Some still prefer to participate online because it saves them travel time, costs, and hassle, while others would still like to attend the training in person at some point. Technically, the online broadcast worked perfectly, and everyone felt involved and well taken care of during breaks thanks to the care package. “The hybrid training takes some getting used to, but it worked surprisingly well,” said one of the online participants.
But they all have one thing in common: armed with their newfound knowledge, they have finally set out on the path to heroism and are well on their way to becoming true IT heroes!
