Waldbronn, November 13, 2024: Consulting4IT GmbH is expanding its in-house developed tool, F4SD, with an interface to Microsoft Intune. Thanks to its intuitive dashboard interface and efficient Quick Actions, F4SD already significantly streamlines the daily work of first-level support. The new interface now enables first-level support to integrate information from Intune into the incident management process without needing access to the Intune console. For example, support staff gain comprehensive visibility into the compliance status of clients and devices, allowing them to take proactive measures as needed. The solution’s expansion was already successfully presented at the IT trade fair it-sa 2024 in Nuremberg.

Waldbronn, November 13, 2023: The Matrix42 add-on LIAM – Light Identity Access Management – was developed specifically by Consulting4IT to automate the process of requesting permissions and thereby significantly reduce the workload on IT. This is based on the Matrix42 Service Catalog, which, when used with LIAM, enables users to request (NTFS) folder or Microsoft Teams permissions and create new folders, among other things. The latest update to LIAM now also simplifies the process of requesting permissions for AD groups, saving the IT department time and effort.
