This training course begins by covering the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and establishes a shared understanding of its application in IT service management.

Building on this foundation, participants will gain a comprehensive overview of the various AI features—from Matrix42 Intelligence to Configurable AI and Knowledge Discovery. The session will categorize the different use cases and explain the technical requirements for a successful implementation.

Another key focus is on integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and selecting the appropriate AI approach for different requirements. Using real-world examples, participants will learn how to leverage Matrix42’s AI features to their advantage in day-to-day business operations and what specific value they offer for service management and automation.
