Matrix42 Administration II

The knowledge transfer covers the cross-module generic functions of the Service Catalog, Service Portal, Service Desk, License, Asset, and Contract Management solutions. The range of topics spans from SQL basics to advanced SQL functions, as well as dialog customization and introductory workflow technologies.
