Matrix42 Administration I
The Matrix42 Workspace Management solution covers a wide range of areas. As a result, various departments—such as the service desk, license management, and procurement—each have their own specific requirements for implementation. The Matrix42 Administration I training course provides administrators with a solid foundation for setting up the software.
Getting started doesn't have to be difficult. For newcomers to the Matrix42 ecosystem, the Administration I training course is the perfect choice. As an administrator, this course will help you take your first steps toward implementing the requirements from your business departments.
The training focuses on providing a basic understanding of the solution. In addition, it offers many hands-on exercises involving simple configuration steps for the cross-functional and largely generic features of the Service Catalog, Service Portal, Service Desk, License, Asset, and Contract Management modules. These include global settings, roles, and access rights, as well as the setup of master data. The training also covers the first steps in customizing and populating the system according to your company-specific requirements.
Note: Empirum and Mobile Device Management are not covered in this training. For these topics, we recommend the relevant courses from the Consulting4IT Academy’s extensive portfolio. The Administration I course is an essential first step toward getting the most out of your Matrix42 Workspace solution. It also serves as the foundation for the advanced Matrix42 Administration II course.
