To ensure we can always offer our customers up-to-date content and added value, our Academy is constantly evolving. As part of this effort, we recently launched a new three-day Nexthink training program specifically designed for experienced Nexthink users: the Nexthink Expert Series. The first session in the series has now been successfully completed.
The Nexthink Expert Series is less about imparting knowledge on general applications and more about a exchange of experiences among experts. In a small group and a relaxed workshop setting, our inaugural participants had the opportunity to thoroughly test the new format last week.
Lars Götze, IT systems administrator at SEW-Eurodrive GmbH & Co KG, says of the new format: “I really liked the new Nexthink training format. Since there was no set ‘central theme’ and topics were solicited from participants in advance—which were further enriched by the expertise of the excellent trainer—all questions were addressed. Plus, we were able to discuss certain topics in more detail when needed. I took away new ideas and improvements for our Nexthink environment from the training.” And Alexander Auerbeck, Administrator and Problem Manager at TÜV SÜD, adds: “Great training, top location. I’d love to come back again and again!”
Feedback from the first participants shows that the format not only has potential but is also highly valuable for experienced Nexthink users. Thanks to the expertise present—particularly among long-time users—the training provides new ideas, inspiration, and perspectives for all participants. Innovative solutions to various challenges can also be thoroughly discussed and tested here. As a result, our first four participants were able to return home with plenty of new insights and interesting ideas regarding their Nexthink implementation, enabling them to use it even more effectively.
In addition, during the three days of training, they also had the opportunity to network and exchange ideas in a professional setting. Outside of the training sessions, our Academy’s renowned social program was also a real highlight for our participants.
