Patrick Hild Joins the Management Team
Mirko Oesterhaus and Christian Müller have been managing our company for over 10 years now. Thanks to them, we have established ourselves over the years as a recognized expert and industry leader in the field of software and systems integration. And the company continues to grow. In 2021 alone, our workforce grew from just over 70 to more than 110 employees—and the trend is upward.
In light of this development, our two managing directors have now decided to appoint Patrick Hild to the company’s management team, effective January 1, 2022.

Patrick has been with the company for over eleven years and has demonstrated his leadership skills as Sales Manager since 2017. With his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Informatics and his experience within the company, Patrick is ideally suited for the role. His appointment as Managing Director was received very positively by the staff, as he is widely valued for his experience, knowledge, and personality.
It was particularly important to Oesterhaus and Müller to give someone from within their own ranks the opportunity to grow. They also wanted to send a positive message to all employees and emphasize how important it is to develop their own leaders. “From the very moment Patrick joined the sales management team, I knew he had the potential to become managing director,” said Oesterhaus.
“It is a great privilege to have been able to guide Patrick from his days as a student to becoming the CEO of our company. Thanks to his entrepreneurial talent and values-driven leadership, he will ensure the continued positive growth of our company for both our customers and our colleagues,” adds Müller. For Patrick Hild, this new role represents both a challenge and a great honor. “I am very pleased about my appointment as managing director and the trust placed in me. We will leverage our strengths and continue to work toward helping our customers succeed in both familiar and new areas,” Hild said regarding his new position.
