With over 50% of our operational work conducted remotely, we faced the challenge of being able to respond quickly and easily to disruptions in the remote environment. The need to access information on short notice and implement technical solutions directly on mobile devices became our top priority. From monitoring the general system status to collecting log files and executing scripts—all these requirements called for an innovative solution, which F4SD ultimately provided.
F4SD enables us to effectively address these challenges. To this end, the F4SD agent was installed on Windows mobile devices, while the admin client was made available to the support teams. The introduction of “user actions”—which end users can perform independently as part of a self-service process—has significantly increased support speed and improved system availability, particularly in the context of mobile work.
