Service Desk Cockpit F4SD Now with Telephony Integration

F4SD is significantly expanding its market presence with new features. At the 2023 Hannover Messe, the latest developments were presented to an interested audience of industry professionals and the press. These included TAPI integration and the integration of the Matrix42 Service Desk.
Waldbronn, May 15, 2023: Consulting4IT is reaching an increasing number of companies with its proprietary product, “First Aid Service Desk (F4SD).” At this year’s Hannover Messe in April, numerous prospective customers had the service desk application explained to them by experts on site.
F4SD with brand-new additional features
Trade show visitors continued to be impressed by the application’s innovative core concept: the fact that support staff can immediately see which client is affected and what the cause might be when a fault is reported—with subsequent options for action via Quick Actions. A recent additional development has further simplified this process: TAPI integration. This enables the immediate and automatic assignment of a caller to the corresponding client. This eliminates the need for cumbersome inquiries or entering the name to identify the client. TAPI integration has been part of the current release for several weeks now.
Another useful feature for first-level support is the integration of the Matrix42 Service Desk, which has been available since the beginning of the year. This allows F4SD—in addition to its existing features—to map and execute all necessary documentation processes through the integrated ticket management system. This means users no longer need to leave the F4SD interface to identify, resolve, and document issues.
F4SD continues to evolve
Further functional enhancements to the tool are planned through the IT-SA in October 2023. Among other things, this includes further development of the Matrix42 integration to improve service quality at the help desk. In addition, an analytics feature to track the time and cost savings achieved with F4SD is in the planning stages.
