Steffen Willacker has been working in the IT sector since 1995, including many years as an independent specialist serving small and medium-sized businesses. Starting in 2003, he began working on projects involving Matrix42 Empirum with various Matrix42 partners. Today, he shares his expertise in client management, IT infrastructure, and IT security at the Consulting4IT Academy. His training courses are distinguished by their strong practical focus.
