Professional Background:

Ralf Bachmann completed his vocational training in computer science and has been working in client management since 1990. After spending his first few years as a systems engineer, he moved to the Baden-Württemberg Savings Banks Association. He then joined Consulting4IT, where he rose from consultant to team leader. His areas of expertise include Empirum, PowerShell, and the structured implementation of practical client management solutions.
