Professional Background:
Raik Vogt has a background in traditional IT administration and has been working with Matrix42 products for about 15 years. He has implemented and further developed these tools at various companies—always with a focus on simplifying IT workflows. Today, at Consulting4IT, in addition to his role as a consultant in the service management field, he brings his project experience to the Academy and teaches practical approaches that can be applied immediately.
