Professional Background:

Maximilian Mörtl has been part of Consulting4IT since 2020 and, as a team leader, is now responsible for the Service Management Processes division. His focus is on the planning and successful implementation of complex client projects, as well as the development and optimization of modern service management processes. In addition, he supports teams in their professional development and works with clients to develop tailored strategies for efficient and future-proof service management. His project experience is directly incorporated into his training sessions, ensuring a strong practical focus.
