Professional Background:

Jannik Kachur began his career in internal IT and held various positions, ranging from the service desk to managing IT administration on the client side, and eventually becoming a project manager in a corporate setting. Today, he works as a consultant in the Service Management division at Consulting4IT, focusing on the Matrix42 Service Desk, the Service Catalog, and Asset Management. His training sessions on the Service Catalog are consistently practice-oriented and demonstrate how processes can be mapped cleanly, efficiently, and transparently using Matrix42.
