Professional Background:
Florian Langendörfer began his career by completing an apprenticeship as a systems administrator and subsequently worked in the logistics sector for about ten years. To further expand his technical knowledge, he pursued a full-time degree in computer science at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences.
He has been a member of Consulting4IT’s service management team since 2015 and supports clients in the planning, architecture, and implementation of Matrix42 solutions. His focus is on developing sustainable and practical service management architectures.
“I enjoy sharing my knowledge with others and find it rewarding when complex technical topics are transformed into understandable and practical solutions. My goal is not only to help participants understand the features of Matrix42, but also to equip them with the necessary expertise so they can successfully apply what they’ve learned directly in their day-to-day work.”
