Professional Background:
After graduating, Bengt Preuß began his career in the metalworking industry, where he developed software and built IT infrastructures to enable the end-to-end digitization of design and manufacturing processes, including the first internal training sessions for colleagues. In 2000, he joined a young development team and played a key role in building the Matrix42 ESM solution. Since 2015, he has been advising companies at Consulting4IT on how to optimize work processes and leverage Matrix42 effectively. His areas of expertise include license and contract management, as well as the further development of methodological approaches such as sprint management.
