F4SD integrates Microsoft Intune
New interface enables first-level support to resolve compliance issues
Waldbronn, November 13, 2024: Consulting4IT GmbH is expanding its in-house developed tool, F4SD, with an interface to Microsoft Intune. Thanks to its intuitive dashboard interface and efficient Quick Actions, F4SD already significantly streamlines the daily work of first-level support. The new interface now enables first-level support to integrate information from Intune into the incident management process without needing access to the Intune console. For example, support staff gain comprehensive visibility into the compliance status of clients and devices, allowing them to take proactive measures as needed. The solution’s expansion was already successfully presented at the IT trade fair it-sa 2024 in Nuremberg.
F4SD and Intune: A Powerful Combination
Microsoft Intune is a cloud-based solution that enables organizations to centrally manage and monitor mobile devices, PCs, and applications. With Intune, organizations can enforce security policies, protect data, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Thanks to its seamless integration with the Microsoft 365 environment, Intune has become the standard solution for many organizations.
With the new interface between F4SD and Intune, support staff have direct access to all Intune data. For example, device compliance information can be viewed directly in F4SD, and appropriate Quick Actions can be used to take steps to restore compliance. All other actions available in Intune can also be made available in F4SD as Quick Actions.
