Consulting4IT will be representing Matrix42, Varonis, and Nexthink at the Hannover Messe

At the 2023 Hannover Messe, Consulting4IT will showcase its partners’ latest solutions to visitors at Booth F63 in Hall 15, where it will occupy over 100 square meters and have nearly 30 staff members and partner representatives on hand. These solutions range from workspace management and end-user experience to security, as well as the brand-new version of the company’s own service desk software, “First Aid Service Desk (F4SD).”

Waldbronn, March 17, 2023: Anyone looking for the manufacturers Matrix42, Varonis, and Nexthink at the Hannover Messe will find them at Consulting4IT. This is because, in 2023 as well, these three manufacturers are relying heavily on Consulting4IT for their trade show presence. The systems specialist, which has been awarded the highest partner status and has been named Best Performing Partner in recent years, will thus represent the complete portfolio of all three manufacturers in addition to its own products. In addition, Consulting4IT is significantly expanding its own market presence as a manufacturer of F4SD.

About 30 specialists from Consulting4IT and its partners will be on hand at the spacious booth—including consultants, product managers, and account managers. Among other things, they will conduct live demos to showcase the latest software solutions and answer detailed questions about all products. This time, various company clients will also provide additional information and first-hand insights, sharing their experiences from their own projects. To round out the experience, representatives from Consulting4IT’s executive management will be available throughout the event to answer questions about the company’s strategy and future direction. Visitors who stop by the booth on Wednesday evening can also look forward to an exclusive booth party focused on casual conversation and networking.

This year's highlights:

– Consulting4IT – Further streamlining of IT support: Consulting4IT’s “First Aid Service Desk (F4SD)” is being introduced in an enhanced version that integrates the Matrix42 Service Desk. This enables first-level support teams to perform root cause analysis, resolve issues, and manage tickets all within a single interface.

– Varonis – Optimizing Data Security: Varonis’ security platform is now available as a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solution. As part of this offering, “Proactive Incident Response” has recently become available. With this service, a cybersecurity team investigates and reports suspicious activity and alerts on the customer’s end. With this SaaS-based solution, Varonis offers a new way to proactively respond to threats and ensure data security.

Matrix42 – Improving service management in the enterprise environment: Matrix42 is increasingly focusing on Enterprise Service Management (ESM) and has consolidated its product portfolio into new suites—including IT Service Management in Essential, Advanced, and Enterprise editions.

Nexthink – Greater transparency in problem detection and resolution: Nexthink stands out with its new Infinity Platform, which further optimizes the detection, diagnosis, and resolution of IT issues. Key factors include comprehensive transparency, as well as new features—some of which are AI-powered—and automation designed to optimize digital workplaces.
